Our services, including our fees, will differ according to your requirements, our time and the responsibilities involved.

We have three different service levels:

The Waymark Wealth Management Service

The Waymark Wealth Management Service is designed for clients with more sophisticated financial planning requirements, and those looking to maintain an in-depth advisory relationship with Waymark via a very comprehensive selection of ongoing services.

This service includes the following:

  • Your Vision – a statement which reflects your life and financial aspirations.The appointment of an investment manager, as appropriate, to manage trusts, pensions, ISAs and GIAs
  • The compilation of your bespoke financial timeline through financial modelling, including explanations and incorporating your “what if” scenarios
  • An advice roadmap to plan your financial journey
  • One face to face meeting per year, covering changes in circumstances and a review of protection, pension and savings needs, attitude to risk, capacity for loss and pension, ISA and CGT allowances
  • One investment review per year, providing an update on your investment strategies or an invitation to our investment seminars
  • An annual statement confirming the ongoing suitability of our recommendations
  • Ad hoc reviews as required
  • Telephone and email access to your adviser as required
  • Evaluation of the appointed investment manager(s)
  • Full pension planning, advice, review and consultation
  • Facilitating withdrawals / income to meet your needs and requirements
  • A quarterly e-newsletter providing updates and commentary on financial planning, tax and other topical issues
  • Referrals to our professional connections as required, for example one of our trusted accountants to assist with tax planning or trusted solicitors to assist with establishing wills and lasting power of attorney arrangements
  • Collaborative work with your accountant for tax returns; we collate the required information and deal with your accountant directly
  • Liaising with professional connections
  • A second opinion on opportunities from other sources if appropriate
  • The compilation of your family financial timeline through financial modelling, which includes immediate family members
  • Assistance with probate

In terms of annual fees, we charge minimum £2,500 and maximum £20,000.

The Waymark Financial Advice Service

The Waymark Financial Advice Service is designed for clients looking to maintain a lighter touch advisory relationship with Waymark via a well-defined selection of ongoing services.

This service includes the following:

  • One face to face meeting per year, covering changes in circumstances and a review of protection, pension and savings needs, attitude to risk, capacity for loss and pension, ISA and CGT allowances
  • An annual statement confirming the ongoing suitability of our recommendations
  • The compilation of your bespoke financial timeline through financial planning modelling
  •  Evaluation of your investment manager, appointed to manage pensions, ISAs and GIAs
  • Telephone and email access to your adviser for simple ad hoc queries
  • A quarterly e-newsletter providing updates and commentary on financial planning, tax and other topical issues
  • A referral to our professional connections as required, for example one of our trusted accountants to assist with tax planning or trusted solicitors to assist with establishing wills and lasting power of attorney arrangements
  • Invitations to our seminars as appropriate

In terms of annual fees, we charge 0.7% of monies under management; minimum £1,750 and maximum £10,000.

The Waymark Foundation Service

The Waymark Foundation Service is designed for clients looking to start on the financial planning road with products, working with us on a pay as you go basis. We offer this service to children of existing clients looking to start on the financial planning road.

We provide initial advice but no ongoing advice with this service. As well as product selection it includes the following:

  • Telephone and email access to your adviser and the support team for one annual review and simple ad hoc queries
  • An annual statement confirming the ongoing suitability of our recommendations
  • An annual statement (or more frequently for investments) from your provider(s)
  • A quarterly e-newsletter, containing business news, planning opportunities and topical financial updates
  • A referral to one of our solicitor connections, to assist with establishing wills and lasting power of attorney arrangements

In terms of fees, remuneration will be taken from the product as agreed in advance.
