Waymark Financial was founded in 2011. Today, we are a team of Independent Financial Advisers and dedicated support in the City of London.
We are Directly Authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We have previously been part of a both larger network and a small partnership, but became Directly Authorised so that we could be in control of our own destiny.
We work with City professionals, as well as those further afield in the south east, to enable them to achieve their lifelong goals.
A waymark is an arrow that signals a route, and it represents the way we work with our clients. The financial side of life can be complex and confusing, but our approach is to make things simple and personable: we guide people at every stage of life through their financial journey.

I have known Mark for a number of years, initially through his wife and then in a professional capacity as my Financial Adviser. In those early days I had no interest in pensions or thinking ahead to my retirement. However, after sitting down with Mark and discussing pensions and savings I was completely won over. Mark Wilson’s been Neil’s financial adviser for over 25 years. In early ‘footloose’ days, Mark provided help planning Neil’s pension and encouraging savings. When Nicole’s finances also needed thought, Mark’s ever-friendly, understanding approach meant he was the only adviser we considered.

"I first met Mark over 20 years ago when I started looking for someone to help plan my pension. I initially went through a broker who did not give me very good advice. This was in the early nineties when the financial services industry wasn't very well regulated. Since meeting Mark I have never had any reason to look for a different financial adviser.
